Utiva is launching a Tech Apprenticeship Program called FLiT, that is aimed at providing a platform for female techies to further develop their expertise and secure rewarding career opportunities.

Here are the key details of the FLiT Apprenticeship Program:

1. Accelerator and Evaluation:

As part of the program, selected participants will undergo a one-month accelerator program. Your skills, competencies, and general fit for the program will be assessed and evaluated throughout this phase.

2. Pairing with Hiring Partners:

Each apprentice will be thoughtfully paired with a recruiting partner upon successful qualification from the accelerator. These hiring partners are established companies in the tech industry, committed to supporting and collaborating with emerging talent.

3. Stipend Payment and Supervisor Allocation :

Each apprentice will be paid a monthly stipend for their commitment and work during their time working with the hiring partner. Each apprentice will also have a designated supervisor allocated to them. In order to make sure they work on core initiatives that are in line with the goals of the hiring partner, the supervisor will offer direction and monitoring.

4. Path to Employment: 

At the end of the program, exceptional apprentices could have the opportunity to be retained by the hiring partner based on their performance and mutual agreement. This offers a seamless transition into a rewarding and fulfilling career within the tech industry.
